Yup!This is a Substrate Level Phosphorylation reaction. Phosphorylation of a neucleotide diphosphate by transfer of a phosphoral group from a non neucleotide substrate.

Succinyl CoA + GDP(ADP) + Pi --> GTP(ATP) + HS-CoA + Succinate

Succinate will be our reactant for the next step, step 6. The enzyme that involve in this reaction is Succinate dehydrogenase complex. What will be the reaction of this step?
